Wooden crates can be customized to fit the dimensions of the shipped item and we often use for our digital signage displays product packaging. Wooden crates offer protection from impact and vibration during shipping and can be stacked on top of each other.

Freight rates in different countries will be different, we have our own cooperative logistics (DHL/FEDEX/TNT) sea freight / air freight to guarantee your loqistics. You can also choose your own freight forwarder. Shipping is free to addresses within China.

If any product fails to meet your reasonable expectations, it may be returned for replacement or refund less shipping charges. Products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. Return labels will require you to return the product at your own expense. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you will not be eligible for a refund. 1-Year Limited Warranty on NEWYES Products
